Animoto

After watching the instruction to the Social Studies Methods Course using Animoto, I decided to experience it myself.  While watching the Social Studies Methods Course Animoto, I loved the fact that the students used their own pictures and videos from real experiences.  Unfortunately, in order to create long videos you have to pay.  However, Animoto does provide a free feature of 30 seconds videos. I began creating my 30 second video, thinking I would love to use this in my future classroom one day. I chose to create a video of Cancun, Mexico. I was able to choose the background design of my liking, a song, pictures, and I was able to add some text. I found it very user friendly.
